We need access to your email marketing tool (ActiveCampaign for now, but it could also be Klaviyo, Brevo, or another platform). Make sure we have the right permissions so we can set up your funnels and automations. If you don’t have access yet, request it and share it.

We’ll use Google Tag Manager to place tracking scripts and manage tags on your website. Do you already have GTM? Then give us access. If not, request it and connect it to your site before we move on.

To measure what works, we’ll set up Google Analytics. This allows us to track traffic, goals, and conversions. Make sure Analytics is installed and properly linked to your website so we can use the data.

Before you build a funnel, you need to know exactly who you are talking to. Creating personas helps you define your main audience, understand their pains and motivations, and speak their language. With clear personas, every email, ad, and post will feel more personal and relevant.

The Buyer’s Journey explains how your ideal customer moves from awareness of a problem, to considering possible solutions, and finally making a decision. In the Awareness stage, you identify and analyze customer problems using data from CRM, email engagement, and social media interactions, and map these insights to content such as blogs, posts, or videos. In the Consideration stage, you outline the solutions available and connect them to your free resources—guides, webinars, or checklists—building trust and credibility. In the Decision stage, you focus on decision-enabling content such as case studies, testimonials, masterclasses, or consultation offers, making it easy for the customer to take action. The goal of this module is to map existing content to each stage, identify gaps, and ensure that every persona has a clear journey supported by the right materials.
